Cracker Barrel in Louisville

Our waitress was awesome! Food always good. Loved seeing the manger working with the staff. That makes a great restaurant!

I’ve been coming to this Cracker Barrel for years & plan on continuing to. They have the best baked potatoes in my opinion & I also love their biscuits & the dumplings. Their catfish, grilled or fired, is definitely one of my favorites. I love all the decorations & the old school candy & other items available for purchase. There’s never too long of a wait time & the servers are always polite & work quickly.

Love their pancakes. Emily was our server & she gave us good service. Also she was nice and polite.

Sometimes Cracker Barrel is hit or miss. Today we got in quickly, served promptly and was able get to Hillcrest Ave to view the Halloween decorations with time to spare. Generally Cracker Barrel is consistent and dependable. Prices are reasonable and service has been good on recent visits. Very busy around 10am, 10 to 15 minute wait, food comes fast and waitresses are very attentive to check on you

We usually love it. Tonight we order curbside. Mash potatoes were brown and hard. Chicken and dumplings had no dumplings. So sad, really looked forward to the 1 night a week we eat out.

Average at best, as usual eggs arrived cold. A person gets tired of returning food that should be hot. The old Cracker Barrel is gone.

They've always had great service. They have made a few mistakes but they've been quick to correct them.

Makes my aged mom happy so it makes me happy.Have to downgrade the review for the carry out food. Ordered the open faced roast beef sandwich for my Mom and I. Practically no gravy on the roast beef and none on the mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes by the way could be turned on their side like a wheel. I don't think that is normal.

Always amazing here! Yes I know it's a chain, but the people here never disappoint. The food is always fresh, the store is always clean, and I always feel like I got my money's worth. The experience is worth the few extra dollars to not have fast food. Drinking coffee next to the fireplace in the winter is very relaxing.

Fantastic server! Thank you Grant!We got there a bit late but we're not the last to be seated. You could tell that some of the food was old. They threw out something that we ordered so we didn't get it and dumped the coffee before we were finished. I understand being the last customers but that doesn't mean they should get treated any differently. I worked in restaurants for 15 years in every position. I know what is expected of staff and managers. That being said when a customer ask to see a manager, the manager should never assume they know what the problem is without talking to the customer. He never came to talk to us. If he had I would have told him how great our server was and what else had happened in our meal that he could keep an eye on for future customers. Instead I am writing this and will be contacting the company in the morning about the poor management.

Haven't even been seated yet and this is already not a great experience. This is my opinion of pretty much all cracker barrels. Theres only one entrance to the dining room and it's so small everyone squeezing through there in&out in addition to the claustrophobic feeling just from the gift shop alone. Foods never been anything special. Stood at the hostess station for bout 6 minutes in full view of the hostess before finally having to get their attention to add us to the seating list. Thumbs down. Plenty of way better places out there.

Our server Emily was great! & pancakes are NEVER a bad choice! Went to this location on a weekday morning and service was prompt and friendly. We were in and out in no time!

The food was good, getting it was different. I was downtown and called in for a pick up order and was STILL on hold when I got to the restaurant in FERN CREEK!!!!

I loved the food! That fried chicken was better than kfc! The atmosphere was friendly but very loud considering how busy it was.

Nice place too eat! Employees are always friendly! Food is always good except for today! Eggs bacon hash browns was cold! Only thing hot was my pancakes! Waitress brought receipt! As we where leaving manager asked how was food so I told him about today! He was so Nice he took care of Bill!

Food is always good and this day was Thursday, Turkey and Dressing Day. The food was tasty and quick, and the service was excellent. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Sometimes we can't decide what we want to eat or where, and we choose Cracker Barrel cause we know we can find something we love to eat!

Cracker Barrel is a solid staple you can most of the time rely on. This visit was on point. Staff was friendly, service was good, and food was great. Everything was solid. The kids hamburgers were so good they ate all of their meal. They always enjoy checkers at the big table.

When I first started to order from Cracker Barrel for delivery, the food was good and hot. Yesterday, I ordered the roast beef. This is not the fault of the delivery service. It's the fault of the restaurant. My food had apparently been sitting on a counter somewhere for a while. Nothing was hot, in fact, the carrots were absolutely cold. The roast beef was crunchy around the edges. I've never had crunchy roast beef before. Who knows how long it had been sitting there. The quality control is sadly lacking and I won't be ordering delivery from them again.

MY PARENTS are they nicest old couple ever. They have respected people there hole life. We were treated with so much disrespect for no reason they kept letting person after person go in front of us. My mom has diabetes and needed to eat asap. We had to wait 2 hours. We got in and there were only like 2 people eating. I love Craker Barrel enjoying great times with my family and friends my hole life. I will never return and I would hope more do they same. I'm in utter disgust of this restaurant. This location needs to be shut down. Are good lawd do something. I'm gonna need a psychiatrist after this. All I was wanting to do was spend time with my family and make good memories. Now the hole family is fighting. Thanks Cracker Barrel.

Social distancing practiced; great service, good food

Ordered food online. Got to the restaurant to just wait another hour and a half. . For food that was supposed to be ready. It’s crazy. They need more help or something. Idk. Maybe new management.

It was a really nice visit. My best friend took me out to eat for my birthday. With capacity back down to 25% inside the still want that long of a wait. I LOVE LOVE the new menu items. I got the maple bacon smothered chicken breast. Omg.. it was so so good. You get 2 breast grilled with cheese melted on top with whole slices of bacon on top drizzled with real maple syrup and them sauce that was so good. I have no idea what the sauce was but it was delicious. It all was delicious and very filling. I took a chicken breast home and one of my sides which was loaded hashbrown casserole. I will definitely be ordering that again. And the service was awesome too. Our waitress was awesome!!

My experience was Awesome this morning. Plenty of room during covid. 10 minute wait for a table, but the food came fast and was great. Very clean restaurant. And the server got a $20 tip for 2 people.

I love the meatloaf dinner, if we go in the evenings. The breakfast with the pork chop and cheesy potato casserole is my favorite! The wait staff is always very pleasant and efficient. Love to grouse the gift shop, many holiday specific gifts available.

Food and service is always consistently good but they need to deep clean the dining room regularly. There is dust and dirt on a lot of the wall decorations. That's true at every CB I've ever been to though.

Great food and nice workers. Love the cozy atmosphere, I happen to be there when the fireplace had a nice fire going. All the collectables on the wall are just fabulous. Employees are the best. I regularly eat here and enjoy it. There is plenty of parking and lots of area.

Always have to wait at the Cracker Barrel ... not at noon on Saturday. My server [Samantha] was terrific. She cleaned those tables like in was 1965 and The Cleavers were waiting for Dinner. Plenty of follow up visits. Even caught a customer about to lose her sweater after paying the bill. I am impressed

Did not have carryout ready at time promised, but only had to wait about 5-7 minutes. They may have been choosing to prepare them fresh because of customers not showing up timely. Food was great.

My mom loves to come to this Cracker Barrel. The people are friendly and helpful. The comfort food is great! Sometimes there is a wait but we don't mind too much. Slow down and eat a great breakfast.

This is a nice Cracker Barrel old country store and restaurant location in a nice business park area with nearby grass areas for walking. If you are in an rv the parking areas are limited here but the lot is big and well lit. It’s also very clean and landscapes here. The store and restaurant including the staff all get great reviews here. Highly recommended

The food is always great at all the restaurants. Tiara was the most friendly and attentive person I have every encountered. She is an asset to the company.

I ordered delivery from here 2 days ago and I was very disappointed. The food was cold and wasnt good at all. The French toast was suppose to have powder sugar and it didnt have any. The food was bagged really crazy and was on its side so everything was mixed together and sloppy. Plus they didnt send no syrup or utensils with it. It was very bad

I like eating at Crackle Barrel resturant and this location was well worth. And the it the service was excellent.

So happy to be able to dine in here again. One of my all time favorite weekend breakfast spots.
